What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address and the details you share about your pet. Our payment provider collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your card information.
Why we collect it
We use your information to write and deliver your reading, to confirm your order, and to answer you if you contact us. We keep a record of your order, including the currency and exchange rate applied, for accounting purposes.
Country detection
We detect your country at country level only, so we can show prices in a sensible currency. We do not track your precise location, and you can change the currency yourself at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run this shop: our payment provider (Paystack) and our hosting and database provider. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Pet details are kept so we can reference your reading if you write to us later.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@pawshandco.com and we will respond.
Cookies and storage
We store your chosen currency in your browser so the site remembers it. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
