1. Who we are
Pawsh by Sora sells personalised, digitally delivered readings for pets. We are based in South Africa and sell to customers worldwide. You can reach us at hello@pawshandco.com.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase a reading. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation reference.
3. Pricing and currency
Prices are set in US Dollars and displayed in your local currency using live exchange rates for your convenience. All payments are processed in South African Rand. Your bank converts the transaction to your card's currency, and the final amount may vary slightly depending on your bank's exchange rate or any international transaction fees they charge. The exchange rate used is locked at the moment you begin checkout and recorded with your order.
4. Delivery
Readings are written individually by hand and delivered by email. They are not instant and not automatically generated — delivery times can vary depending on the type of reading and current order volume. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address. Please check your spam folder before contacting us about a missing reading.
5. Refunds
Because each reading is created individually for you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the reading has been written. If your reading has not yet been started, or something has gone wrong, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.
6. Intellectual property
Your reading is written for your personal use. You may keep, print and share it privately. Reselling or commercially reproducing our writing, artwork or site content is not permitted.
7. Nature of our services
Our readings are intuitive and reflective in nature and are offered for insight and enjoyment. They are not a substitute for veterinary, medical, behavioural, legal or financial advice. Please see our Disclaimer.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
